House Rules

• This home is located in a peaceful residential society. Kindly maintain decorum during your stay. Street parking is available. Loud music, excessive noise, parties, gatherings, or celebrations are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas such as the terrace, garden, lift, or corridors. Guests who wish to smoke are requested to step outside the premises.

• Any damages, breakages, or misuse of property items during the stay will be chargeable.

• Stains on bedsheets or towels may attract dry-cleaning charges. In case of permanent stains or damage to linen, replacement charges will apply.
