No Unregistered Guests allowed inside the Apartment at any given point in time and will be treated as an illegal entry without intimation/ approval or ID credentials

***Also early Check-in is Not Guaranteed & our usual check-in is 2pm onwards & Check-out is 11am next day hence it completely depends on the availability & only after its approved.

***Unmarried Couples & Groups for Small Get-togethers etc are also welcome*** as long as the Guest/s Identity is verified by Airbnb online & decorum is maintained by all Guests including House Rules, age limit guidelines, No Loud Music etc are strictly followed as per the Govt. norms.

Any damages done to the Property or items inside the Room, cost of any such replacement or repair will be charged to the Guest.

Property located at Central Bangalore Indira Nagar walking distance from Bob's Bar & Blu Tokai Cafe, 10 min from Indira Nagar Metro Station, 20 min to MG Road

Open for long term Corporate Tie-ups as well for Companies located in Central Bangalore

Aadhaar card copies required for all Guests at the time of booking to share the check in details

Any damages incurred to the Property or any items inside the Apartment damaged or missing, the cost will have to be borne by the Guest.

Please Note there's some Road & Drainage repair works going on close to the Building and approach road is temporarily blocked by the Govt authorities for vehicle movement hence Guests are advised to be more careful while moving in and moving out of the Building.
