Any damages done to the Property or items inside the Rooms, cost of any such replacement or repair will be charged to the Guest.

This 2BHK Unit is in a Residential Apartment Complex with other Residents & Families hence No loud music or parties permitted for the peace and harmony of the neighborhood & we don't want any complaints from any of our Neighbours.

Open for long term Corporate Tie-ups as well for Companies located in North Bangalore including KIADB Parks

Aadhaar card copies required for all Guests at the time of booking to share the check in details

Any damages incurred to the Property or any items inside the Apartment damaged or missing, the cost will have to be borne by the Guest & it would also be reported to Airbnb.

No Unregistered Guests allowed inside the Apartment at any given point in time and will be treated as an illegal entry without intimation/ approval or ID credentials
